Exchange

The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing. To initiate an exchange, please email us at iammedicalgupta@gmail.com and provide all the necessary details.

Return

To initiate a return, email us at iammedicalgupta@gmail.com within 7-10 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear details of the defect. For defective items, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our logistics team. Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly inspect it and provide a resolution.
